Whether you’re already confident in dispensing or you’re taking your first step into pharmacy, you will play a key role in supporting the safe, accurate and efficient preparation and fulfilment of medication orders. We provide full training, support and a clear development pathway for trainees. 🕒 Working Hours This role follows a fixed weekly shift pattern: - Sunday: 7:00am – 1:00pm - Monday–Thursday: 11:00am – 7:00pm 📍Working Location 42 Barnard Rd, Bowthorpe Employment Area, Norwich NR5 9JB, UK 📦Key Responsibilities For all candidates (experienced + trainees): Support the safe and accurate dispensing of medication. Assist with medication preparation, labelling, and workflow management Contribute to order fulfilment and timely dispatch. Learn and follow Evaro’s systems, SOPs, and dispensing workflows. Maintain a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and reliability. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth and positive operations. For experienced candidates (if applicable): Apply existing knowledge of pharmacy processes to support team efficiency. Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues when appropriate. Work confidently with NHS and pharmacy dispensing systems (if previously trained). 📜 Requirements Essential Interest in working in a healthcare or pharmacy environment Ability to follow processes and maintain accuracy in routine tasks. Basic IT skills to work with dispensing systems. Eligibility to work in the UK. Willingness to undertake all required training and development. Desirable (Nice to Have) NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent). Experience as a Pharmacy Dispenser, Pharmacy Assistant, or MCA.
