Personal Trainer Role - Paddington

Freelance Corporate Personal Trainer Are you a highly skilled and experienced Personal Trainer with a proven track record of working with corporate clients? We are seeking a professional PT to join our team in a bustling corporate gym located within a large office building. If you are passionate about supporting busy professionals in achieving their fitness goals and are confident managing the unique demands of a corporate environment, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will play a pivotal part both in delivering tailored training sessions and in the efficient daily operation of the gym. Location: Paddington Key Responsibilities: Delivering personal training sessions tailored to clients’ needs Supporting and motivating members to reach their fitness goals Option to instruct a variety of gym classes (e.g., HIIT, circuit training, strength & conditioning) Self-promoting through various means to engage with new clients across the various companies Requirements: Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (CIMSPA) — Level 4 preferred Experience in delivering fitness classes or group PT sessions CPR/First Aid certification Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional, and approachable attitude Ability to work flexible hours across Mon–Fri A genuine passion for fitness and helping people succeed What We Offer: No overhead costs/no rent CRM system with client database access Uniform and company marketing available A welcoming and supportive team environment Free access to gym facilities across the estate
