Description of domain/function: To support one of our Vice Presidents (VP), we are looking for a fluent English & French speaking Personal Assistant, who thrives in a fast-paced, international, and tech-driven environment. Your responsibilities As Personal Assistant to the VP, you’ll be a trusted partner in managing executive priorities, handling confidential matters, and ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders, including Orange and Deutsche Telekom. You’ll take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities, from organizing agendas and international travel to preparing team meetings and acting on the VP’s behalf for internal approvals. What You’ll Do Manage the VP’s calendar=> Schedule and prioritize meetings, 1:1s, team meetings, workshops and strategic sessions with internal and external stakeholders Coordinate travel & events: Book flights, accommodations, and logistics for international business trips and events… and the preparation of key governance meetings (Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Finance Committee, etc.) Handle approvals: Process and approve internal requests under the delegated authority of the VP Attend department leadership meetings and draft accurate and timely meeting minutes Manage and process purchase orders in Ofusion Use digital tools: Confidently use Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and collaboration platforms Be proactive: Anticipate needs, solve problems early, and keep priorities on track, manage incoming communications (emails, letters, phone calls), redirect them to relevant teams, and ensure timely follow-up on behalf of the VP Build trusted relationships: Interact with professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity in a diverse work environment What You Bring • Fluent in English & French (spoken and written) –German is a strong plus • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Personal/Executive Assistant role supporting senior leadership • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools • Comfortable in a multicultural, agile, and tech-oriented environment • Experience in telecom, procurement, or international corporate environments is a plus Why Join Us Work at the intersection of two major telecom groups Join a human-centered, respectful, and collaborative culture Be part of strategic, high-impact projects with international exposure Continuous learning and growth opportunities Competitive compensation and benefits Ready to Make an Impact?
