You will play a key role in driving ROI and supporting data-driven marketing initiatives across the business. You will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the wider Marketing team. As a Performance Marketer at Evaro, you will: Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns across channels (especially Google) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth Manage campaign optimisation to maximise ROI and hit key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS) Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages and audience segments to continuously improve campaign performance Monitor campaign metrics and competition performance to provide actionable insights to the Marketing Manager Collaborate with Data Analyst, designers and developer in the marketing team to improve funnel conversion rates About you Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications: 3yr+ relevant experience in performance marketing campaigns such as Google Ads Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, campaign management platforms and Excel/Google Sheets Hands-on experience managing substantial media budgets (£100k+ monthly) and demonstrable track record of achieving performance targets Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models and conversion funnel optimisation. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including creative, clinical and data.
