Performance Digital Account Manager Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing digital agency, is seeking an innovative and self-motivated Performance Digital Account Manager to join their Digital Marketing Team. This role focuses on managing Google, Bing, and Facebook advertising campaigns for a portfolio of eCommerce clients, many of whom have ambitious international growth objectives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective performance marketing strategies, supporting consultants with client account management, project delivery, and data-driven campaign optimisation. Main Responsibilities Manage client Google, Bing, and Facebook Advertising accounts, ensuring strong ROI across Search, Shopping, and Display campaigns. Maximise client success through digital marketing and conversion-optimisation-led eCommerce strategies. Liaise with clients, attend meetings, and provide proactive campaign insights and recommendations. Understand client goals and develop actionable digital marketing strategies and plans. Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research; analyse performance and implement iterative improvements. Collaborate with the wider team to establish and deliver integrated digital strategies for each client. Support broader eCommerce initiatives, particularly those linked to ad-led conversion rate optimisation. Assist with project delivery to ensure timely and effective campaign outcomes. Provide ongoing client support, training, and strategic advice. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and innovations—particularly across Google and Meta advertising. Contribute to process improvement, tool evaluation, and development of internal best practices. Essential Criteria Proven experience creating and managing Google, Bing, and social media advertising campaigns. Strong time management and organisational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and problem-solving ability. Collaborative team player with a proactive, “can-do” attitude. Awareness of emerging eCommerce and digital marketing trends Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative. Proficiency in Excel and online productivity tools. Desirable Criteria Google Ads and Bing certifications. Facebook Blueprint certification. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in eCommerce, retail, digital marketing, or communications. Omni-channel experience (SEO, email marketing, content, and community management). Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar productivity platforms.
