Payroll Automation Specialist – Associate

As a Payroll Automation Specialist – Associate in our HR Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for streamlining and automating payroll processes to improve efficiency and optimize workflows. You will work with Alteryx and/or UiPath software.

Job responsibilities

• Work with technology using Alteryx or UiPath to create the required infrastructure to support the capability of low-code automation
• Support aspects of the process automation engagements including requirements gathering, solution architecture, solution development, testing, deployment, and continuous process improvement 
• Utilize intelligent automation solutions which allows the team to automate functions and deliver benefits including capacity creation, risk reduction, and the streamlining of operational processes
• Manage and support with the implementation of projects and initiatives
• Support payroll team with processing activities if and when required

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Alteryx Designer Certification
• UiPath Certified
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx or UiPath in an enterprise environment
• Experience in deploying workflows to Alteryx Server or UiPath Orchestrator
• Experience and a proven ability to gather complex operational processes and analyze effective/improved solutions.
• Advanced experience using Microsoft Office suite (Excel in particular)
