We are looking for an Partner Support & Process Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team at SIXT. In this role, you provide first-level support to business partners via phone, email, and ticketing systems, handling operational, technical, and administrative inquiries. You guide partners through SIXT systems, tools, and processes while ensuring compliance with brand standards and policies. You also collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner issues, maintain CRM records, and support the onboarding of new partners. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You provide first-level support to business partners via phone, email, and ticketing systems, handling operational, technical, and administrative inquiries
- You assist partners in navigating SIXT systems, tools, and processes while ensuring compliance with brand standards and policies
- You investigate and resolve partner complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- You collaborate with internal teams such as Revenue Management, IT, Legal, and Marketing to resolve complex partner issues
- You maintain accurate records of partner interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
- You support the onboarding of new partners and contribute to improving processes, documentation, and knowledge base materials
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, support operations, or a similar role, ideally within the travel, mobility, or hospitality industry
- Language & Communication You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a strong plus
- Tools & Systems You are familiar with CRM and ticketing tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Zendesk
- Service Orientation You have a strong partner-focused mindset and enjoy helping others solve problems
- Problem Solving You bring strong analytical skills and a structured approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Organization & Adaptability You are able to manage multiple priorities effectively and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
