Support Worker – Learning Disabilities (Part-Time) – Bedford (MK40) Shakespeare House, Glenholme Healthcare Hours: Part-time, 15 hours per week Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday, 7am–10am (no weekends) Salary: £12.25–£12.45 per hour + paid training + benefits Location Requirement: Must live within a 10-mile radius Sponsorship: Not available Overview Glenholme Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and motivated Support Worker to join the team at Shakespeare House in Bedford, a specialist supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and complex needs. This role focuses on helping individuals maintain independence, develop life skills, and enjoy meaningful, fulfilling lives. Prior experience in learning disabilities and challenging behaviour is required, and full training is provided.
