We’re looking for a proactive IT Department Administrator to join our team in Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of a busy and friendly IT department, providing essential administrative support across projects, suppliers, and systems. Location: Lincoln (Office-Based) Hours: 25 hours per week Pay: £25389 (pro-rata £16380) What You’ll Be Doing: Acting as the go-to admin support for our IT team Liaising with suppliers, offices, and the finance team to keep contracts and renewals on track Managing and updating supplier accounts and subscription data Supporting ongoing IT projects with admin, data gathering, and process updates Booking meetings and ensuring the department’s admin tasks are handled efficiently Helping us stay organised and compliant by maintaining and improving admin processes What We’re Looking For: A confident multitasker with excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data merging and manipulation Someone with great communication skills who enjoys building relationships with suppliers and colleagues alike A team player who can juggle priorities, work to deadlines, and stay calm under pressure Previous admin experience is essential; a qualification in business administration or experience in a professional services firm is a bonus Why Join Us?
