We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team on a part-time basis. Job Overview As a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payment collection, and record-keeping. This role is ideal for an organized individual with a strong background in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks. Key Responsibilities Process invoices, payments, and account reconciliations using QuickBooks. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as needed. Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment statuses. Assist with general accounting tasks and month-end closing activities. Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role. Proficiency in QuickBooks is required. Experience with Aspire software is a strong asset. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time schedule (approx. 20–25 hours/week). Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Why Join Cancore?
