Reporting to the Group General Counsel and UK Legal Counsel, the Paralegal plays an important role in many aspects of the legal function of the Group. In particular, the areas of responsibility required of this position encompass: Tasks & Responsibilities Drafting and negotiating standalone and project based PR representation, social media marketing, content creation and production and event production agreements with clients to ensure their signature on a timely basis; Drafting and negotiating NDAs/confidentiality agreements, data protection agreements and talent/influencer agreements; Drafting and negotiating third party supply contracts; Ongoing reviews of all contractual agreements, ensuring that all deadlines for reviews, renewals, etc. are met; Leading contract negotiations from initial instruction to signature; Overseeing all filing and record-keeping for all Group agreements; Ensuring the contracts database is kept up-to-date; Performing research on applicable regulations and laws; Providing support to the Group General Counsel or UK Legal Counsel; and Providing support with implementation of new company policies and processes. What will you bring – Essential criteria The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a law department or legal environment, either in-house or in private practice.
