Oracle Technical Senior Consultant

About the Role We’re seeking a Senior Oracle Analytics Consultant with hands-on experience delivering reporting and analytics across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will work across the full lifecycle, from requirements and design through build, testing, and delivery - producing high-quality analytics that bring measurable value to our clients. You’ll demonstrate a genuine passion for data and analytics, a curiosity for new technologies, and an eagerness to embrace Oracle’s latest AI-driven analytics platforms. This is a delivery-focused role that requires working independently and upholding our ethos: Big enough to deliver, small enough to care. About You Proven experience delivering analytics and reporting solutions across multiple Oracle EBS and/or Fusion implementations Up to date with the latest Oracle analytics and reporting tools, with a continuous learning mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively about data challenges Excellent communication and client-facing skills; confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, remotely and onsite A collaborative, delivery-focused approach, providing practical and innovative solutions that deliver real value Skills & Requirements Expertise in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) analyses and dashboards, and BI Publisher (BIP) including data models, bursting, and scheduling Experience delivering end-to-end reporting projects — from design and proof of concept through to build, test, and deployment Strong domain knowledge across ERP, HCM, and EPM, with deep understanding of underlying Fusion data structures Advanced SQL skills, including development of complex queries and performance tuning Understanding of Oracle application security and role-based data access models Demonstrated experience with version control, migration of artefacts, test planning, defect management, and agile/hybrid delivery practices Experience with the following products/skills would be desirable Exposure to Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), or Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) Familiarity with OBIEE 11g/12c and migration of legacy content to OAC/FDI Strong understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modelling principles. Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) for Fusion data extraction Building data pipelines for Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) or Oracle Data Warehouse (ODW) using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or OCI Data Integration Working knowledge of Smart View or Power BI for visualisation and self-service reporting Equality Statement We celebrate the diversity of our teams and value the unique contributions they bring to our inclusive, collaborative, and rewarding workplace.
