That requires exceptional standards, clean systems, and people who take ownership without being asked. This role is designed for someone who wants responsibility early, not comfort. The position will begin as a freelance/self-employed trial (6–8 weeks), with a clear intention to move into a permanent employed role for the right person. You will work closely with leadership and will be trusted with real operational control. Your decisions will directly affect customer experience, cashflow, and team performance. If you thrive on order, accountability, and building something properly — you will excel here. What You Will Own You are the operational control centre. Your responsibility is to ensure the business runs cleanly, predictably, and professionally — even as volume increases.
