Operations Coordinator

Operations Coordinator £30k pa Hybrid Role (working across our sites in Surrey & South West London and our office space in Cobham) 40 Hours a Week (flexible working hours between 7am-6pm) February Start (Flexible) We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries. As our Operations Coordinator, you will be joining a dynamic, fast-paced Operations team with opportunities to grow. In this role you will work across our key operational focus areas, including: Supporting daily nursery operations and providing general nursery cover as needed Planning and leading team events, parent events, and open days Coordinating kit ordering and processing to ensure all equipment is ready and available Actioning site operations tickets relating to health and safety Assisting with new site set-up support working as part of the team to embed our ethos Leading physical marketing including leafleting and social media content creation Supporting our Family Experience and Operations Lead with customer admin and recruitment tasks Why you? You are a confident communicator and love building relationships with team members and families You thrive in a fast-paced, productive operations environment and can juggle multiple priorities with ease You’re passionate about our innovative Early Years education and outdoor learning approach and keen to make a positive impact both in the back-end operations team and onsite You’re naturally organised, have strong admin skills, and are adaptable to different systems and processes You are confident using IT systems and social media platforms, and are able to create engaging marketing visuals and content You are happy and flexible to jump in and support daily operations where required across our sites Why us?
