Operations Business Analyst (M/F/X) - Internship
Work With IslandWe are looking for an Operations Business Analyst (Intern) to join our Ops squad in Paris for a 6-month end-of-studies internship starting in June 2026.
This is a pivotal moment for Work With Island. After using a robust but heavy ERP for years, we’ve decided to transition toward a more agile, flexible, and automated environment. You will be at the heart of this transformation, helping us implement our new ERP and integrating AI-driven automations.
You will work closely with the Operations and Finance teams, and to a lesser extent, with Marketing and Sales as the project evolves. You won’t just be using tools—you will be building the future operating system of the company.
Your mission
Reporting to Ophélie, your goal is to bridge the gap between technical tools and operational excellence. You will ensure that our data is flawless, our processes are automated, and our teams are perfectly trained on our new systems.
As a key driver of our digital transformation, your mission involves:
1. ERP Implementation & Tool Expertise
Launch & Test: Participate in the rollout of our new ERP. You’ll lead testing phases and training sessions, analyze results, and handle debugging in collaboration with ERP developers.
Support: Act as the “go-to” person for the Ops team during the onboarding phase of the new tool.
Data Integrity: Clean, update, and maintain critical data (purchase prices, bill of materials (BOMs)/nomenclatures, items) across our ERP, CRM (HubSpot), and Notion.
2. Data Analysis & Insights
KPI Management: Improve our tracking systems and share actionable insights to help the leadership team make data-driven decisions.
Performance Optimization: Produce deep-dive analyses to identify bottlenecks in our current supply chain and production flows.
3. Process Optimization & Change Management
Workshop Animation: Collect needs from internal teams, identify “pain points,” and propose digital solutions (automation, simplification, AI integration).
Documentation: Write clear tutorials and “Playbooks” to ensure smooth adoption of new practices.
Customer Experience: Contribute to improving our after-sales service (SAV) through better tool integration.
