Operational and Configuration Asset Management Officer

Currently, we are looking for a highly enthusiastic Operational and Configuration Asset Management Officer who will work in GSMC, Paris, France. Freelance contract only The candidate must be eligible for EU security clearance What is expected from you: Contribute to operational Infrastructure Configuration and Asset Management by implementing the following activities: Prepare, review and integrate the Network Maps at segment and system level, manually or through dedicated tools. Ensuring that the changes between as-design, as-built and as-operated baselines are controlled, recorded and assessed in the proper CCB. Evaluating the Operational Infrastructure Changes Request stemming from deployment and maintenance activities Review and Update the Configuration Management and Asset Tracking databases as required Prepare and participate in configuration and asset inspections as required and produce the inspection report when inspection is under EUSPA responsibility. Witness configuration and asset inspection carried on by the contractor on the deployed systems in line with the organization notes and yearly inspection plans. Review the Inventories deliveries submitted by the operators/Segment providers. Support the Write-off process (e.g. review the requests from WO submitter, consolidate, evaluate, submit to EC, flow down the decisions, track the implementation) Support recurrent/ad hoc meetings on Operational Configuration and Asset Management (e.g. review meetings, annual Asset Workshop, …) Where: You will be working in GSMC - Paris, France.
