Day to day processing of LC transactions in conjunction with MGN, Bangalore, including scanning of documents, maintaining records, responsible for the safekeeping of original documents, providing advices or confirmation letters, discrepancy advices and payments advices to beneficiary once received from MGN Liaise with beneficiaries of LC’s handling any queries raised Processing of all other types of transactions, Loans and Treasury products, efficiently and in line with agreed timelines. Assist in the daily monitoring of nostro positions, and passing any relevant entries Input of exchange rates in the banking core system on a daily basis Input of lending rates in the core banking system daily Input static data into core banking system Support the Operations Manager when required on specific projects from time to time Liaise with Fi-Sales, Corporate Banking and Treasury departments of the branch to provide guidance and support, when required Adhere to any guidelines, documented policies and procedures and in line with UK regulatory requirements. Work with the Operations team, ensuring daily, monthly review of reports and escalating any issues raised
