The Nurse Supervisor, Nurse Family Parnership is responsible for management of the Nurse Family Partnership (NFP) program including the quality-of-service delivery, staff supervision and program development. Directs the clinical team in provision of home visits and supporting families to reduce maternal and infant morbidity and mortality by assessing health needs of parents and infants.
Essential Functions:
Contribute to The Cooperative’s commitment to equity and continuous quality improvement that aligns with the agency’s mission, goals, and advancement. * Effectively cross-collaborate with agency staff, leaders, and board members to foster a comprehensive approach of information sharing, working committees, and collective representation. * Routinely disseminate relevant information, presentations, training, and learning opportunities for internal program and agency staff. * When applicable, will participate in relevant staff development opportunities (trainings, summits, conferences, etc.) to increase skill development, elevate program goals, and engage staff members with timely key learnings. * Provides clinical support to and daily supervision of the Nurse Family Partnership (NPF) staff * Establishes referral protocols and maintains ongoing communication with referral sources * Coordinates required on and off-site training and ongoing in-service education of the NFP staff * Maintains inventory of necessary client educational materials * Monitors the quality of NFP program data and completes and submits required program reports * Leads quality initiatives * Conducts and coordinates public relations and marketing activities for the NFP program * Collaborates with other Cooperative programs to improve the health of pregnant individuals, infants, and children by strengthening the system of care and providing families the tools to lead healthier lives * Performs other duties as assigned
