Position #: 098177 Expected Start Date: September 25, 2025 Union: SUN Facility: St. Joseph's Health Centre City/Town: Ile-a-la-Crosse Department: Community Clinics & Programs Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Standby Hours of Work: 112 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse Practitioner $52.590 to $62.910 Travel Required: No Job Description: The Nurse Practitioner blends an in-depth knowledge of nursing with their legal authority and autonomy to order diagnostic tests, prescribe pharmaceuticals and perform specific procedures in the management and treatment of illnesses and stable chronic conditions. The practice involves working within the nursing program objectives, guidelines, and policies and procedures; building partnerships, completing community needs assessments; supporting inter-professional collaboration; and participating in continuous improvements through evaluative processes/projects.
