Position #: 9006578 Expected Start Date: October 20, 2025 Union: SUN Facility: Mental Health - McKerracher City/Town: Saskatoon Department: Mental Health Residential Care Unit - Approved Home Enhancements Type: Casual FTE: 0 Shift Information: Days Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.880 to $53.490 Travel Required: Yes Job Description: As a member of Mental Health and Addiction Services, the Community Mental Health Liaison Nurse is an integral member of a multidisciplinary team that will address the issues of complex clients who have a primary diagnosis of a major mental illness. This position will work closely with the psychiatry inpatient unit and the transition team to provide assistance with clients transitioning from hospital back into the SHA housing partnership community beds. Responsibilities include intensive case management and stabilization, medication management, crisis intervention, counseling, goal planning, establishment of community supports through consultation with community agencies, student mentoring, documentation, and client/family education. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Five years recent experience in community mental health or relevant setting required.
