Position #: 169835 Expected Start Date: November 03, 2025 Union: SUN Facility: Nurses Alumni Wing City/Town: Saskatoon Department: Mental Health Community Clinics & Programs - Youth Community Counselling RUH Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Hours of Work: 224 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: Yes Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440 Travel Required: Yes Job Description: As a member of Mental Health and Addiction Services, the Community Mental Health Nurse is an integral member of the Early Psychosis Intervention Program multidisciplinary team providing intensive case management to individuals with chronic and persistent mental illness and substance abuse issues. These services are provided within an individual and group context. Responsibilities include intensive case management, medication management, crisis intervention, counselling, goal planning, consultation to community agencies, group/community education, student mentoring, documentation, client/family and public education, advocacy, and mental health promotion.
