Basic - Computer skills Knowledge and Abilities Ability to integrate clinical knowledge and experience into clinical practice Demonstrates ability to apply research and theory to practice Knowledge in education and program development, implementation and evaluation Articulates theory and knowledge related to the priniciples of adult education Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development Demonstrates ability in teaching, facilitation and group activities Demonstrates ability to accept and implement change Ability to assume responsibility and work independently Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Standards and application of such Ability to be self-directed Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
