Human Resources Exemption: No Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Licenses Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Other Education and Training Nursing diploma is acceptable Competencies Interpersonal skills Communication skills Knowledge and Abilities Ability to make decisions Commitment to continued learning and professional development.
