Position Summary: While representing the resort and providing a high standard of customer service, the Nordic Attendant will be answering guest inquiries about the Nordic department's products and services. Processing the guest’s requests and taking payment in a professional and confidential manner will be an important aspect of the job. This is a part time to full time seasonal job and the attendant will be required to work on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Duties & Responsibilities: * Responsible for handing out ski/fat bike/snowshoe equipment to guests, assisting guests in putting on equipment, and fitting equipment to the correct sizes, ensuring best comfort, performance, and safety. * Answer customer inquiries about products and services the department offers including; Nordic tickets, rentals, lesson packages, programs, gift certificates, and season passes. * Process rentals and payments using the resorts POS system * Maintains thorough knowledge of and guides guests on proper use of rental equipment and reinforces safe equipment practices. * Issue refunds, exchanges, and credits.  * Cash handling duties. * Working in a team setting to provide positive and friendly customer service to all guests. * Acquiring and maintaining detailed knowledge about product information offered.   Qualifications: * POS experience is an asset * Customer services skills/experience * Proven ability to work under high pressure.   Our Commitments to You:   * Supportive Experience - Our goal is to provide our guests with an exceptional experience and we are just as committed to ensuring that your experience is equally exceptional.
