Nightshift Car Park Attendant

This is a full time role (37.5 hours p.w), that will see you working the nightshift, 5 days over 7, including weekends due to the nature of the business. What You'll Be Doing: As a Nightshift Car Park Attendant at our Glasgow sites your role will be more than just managing parking spaces. You'll be a friendly face, ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling state-of-the-art car park equipment. Responsibilities include: * Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile. * Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly. * Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park. * Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning. * Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided). * Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided). Requirements: No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following skills will be beneficial: * Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively. * Basic Computer Skills: Tech-savvy enough to handle our equipment. * Full Manual UK Driver's Licence: Essential for the role.
