Night Concierge - London, SE1

We're looking for a proactive Concierge to join our dynamic team in the heart of London. If you’re committed to maintaining high standards and resolving issues efficiently, this role is perfect for you. * Location: SE1 * Annual Salary: £29,000 * Hours/Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7pm-7am WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: * Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests. * Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escalate concerns as needed. * Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety. * Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring a smooth communication and pick up. * Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable. * Safety Checks: Looking out for H&S hazards on site patrol, Assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing. * Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: * Experience as a concierge is a plus, but a strong customer service or security background is equally valued. * Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. * Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential. * A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.
