New Channels and Partnerships (£60k–£90k + Equity) Salary: £60k–£90k + Equity Company Description: Cosine.sh – Autonomous AI Coding Agent Job Description: Build Cosine’s partner engine from zero to one by signing and activating strategic partners across SIs/GSIs, ISVs, and cloud marketplaces. You will create repeatable co-sell and referral motions, converting partner relationships into qualified pipeline and revenue for a cutting-edge, air-gapped AI coding solution. Location: London, UK Why this role is remarkable: Spearhead the creation of a partner engine from scratch for an autonomous, on-premise AI coding agent. Work with an in-house ML research lab achieving state-of-the-art coding accuracy (72% on OpenAI's SWE-Lancer benchmark). Scale GTM for a unique, air-gapped solution already piloting with global investment banks and defence primes. What you will do: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-leverage strategic partners including SIs/GSIs, ISVs, and cloud marketplaces. Drive revenue by building account maps, joint plays, and running deal registration with the Sales team. Establish a lightweight Partner Programme, defining tiers, T&Cs, deal-reg rules, and enablement kits. The ideal candidate: Possesses a demonstrated track record in alliances/BD or enterprise sales with hands-on co-sell experience. Knows how to work with SIs/GSIs, boutiques, ISVs, and cloud marketplaces, navigating this complex ecosystem.
