YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES: Within the Group, you will join the AXA Foundation for Human Progress. It brings together the main philanthropic initiatives of the AXA Group and AXA Mutual Insurance Companies, in France and in 50 countries internationally. This endowment fund aims to expand support for impactful projects in the four historical areas of AXA's philanthropy: health and science; protection of the planet; solidarity, inclusion and education; and arts, culture and heritage. Within this Department, you will be part of the Nature Division, supporting the selection, the animation and the valorization of projects done by associations and NGOs in the areas of nature, biodiversity, planet protection with a focus on "Water/ocean", "Forests" and "Soils protection". We are seeking a highly motivated Climate Philanthropy Program Manager to be in charge of the AXA Foundation initiative dedicated to supporting environmental and planetary protection organization. In this role, you will ensure the identification, selection, and management of partnerships with NGOs and associations committed to safeguarding our planet, ensuring impactful and sustainable collaborations, in line with the corporate responsibility and sustainability strategy of the AXA Group. Key Responsibilities: Strategic development: contribute to the development of the philanthropic strategy in Planet Protection, aligning it with the Science strategy and AXA corporate sustainability goals and global environmental priorities, both at the AXA France and AXA Group levels. Sourcing strategy and projects identification: Source, evaluate and select high-potential environmental and planetary protection projects aligned with the AXA Foundation strategy and values to be proposed to our Governance bodies. Conduct thorough due diligence, contracting and all inception processed to ensure selected projects have been defined thoroughly in terms of impact, feasibility, sustainability and connection to an AXA team ready to leverage on them. Partnership development & management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, both locally in France and internationally in countries where AXA operates. Act as the primary liaison to foster collaboration, engagement, and long-term commitment.Program Implementation & Oversight: oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of sponsored projects. Ensure that activities meet quality standards, objectives, and compliance requirements. Impact measurement & reporting: ensure the appropriate metrics and frameworks are in place to evaluate the outcomes of funded projects. Collect, analyze, and communicate results to internal stakeholders and external audiences, highlighting success stories and lessons learned. Valorization & Communication: promote the achievements and impacts of partner organizations through various communication channels. Organize events, campaigns, and media outreach to enhance visibility and reputation, in liaison with the communication teams from the Foundation and our AXA local entities. Ensure and encourage an impactful relationship between the supported organizations and their related activation by the AXA Foundation, the Sustainability directions of AXA France, AXA Group and the AXA local entities: foster mutual knowledge and collaboration, to support AXA Group Sustainability strategy. Develop joint actions with AXA entities and professional families to continuously enhance internal expertise and pride of belonging of AXA employees. Work on the set-up of the Planet Protection axis: manage inflows of requests, built a network of influence. YOUR PROFILE Qualifications & Skills: Master’s degree or equivalent At least 3 to 5 years’ experience, preferably within Philanthropy, Sustainability Proven experience in philanthropy, CSR, or social impact management, preferably in environmental sectors. Strong project management and partnership development skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze complex projects and measure social impact.
