KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES * Requesting references relevant to each application (from lenders, accountants, solicitors etc) * Logging new Enquiries and the updating of the various spreadsheets needed in the Residential Dept * Compiling updates to send to brokers and clients throughout application and offer stages but also chasing relevant parties for updates. * Following up cases with lenders, clients & Brokers * Ensuring the CRM system is regularly updated with the correct details and the cases are up to date. * Answering inbound calls * Inputting enquiries onto CRM system for advisers * Checking documentation on cases to ensure correct and in line with what has been requested * Instructing, and managing the valuation process for certain lenders SKILLS & COMPETENCIES * Ability to manage own diary and meet strict deadlines. * Pass internal competency tests post induction * Good communication skills essential for dealing with brokers, borrowers and lenders, especially on the telephone * Proactive KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS * Previous experience within administration roles is essential and experience in the financial services industry specifically property finance is preferred but not essential.
