Mobile Multi -Skilled Handyman

Our client is looking for someone to join their team and provide hands-on property maintenance across residential and commercial premises located in High Wycombe and Elephant and Castle. Salary £38,000 – £40,000 per annum depending on experience. Standard hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with a need for flexibility for earlier starts or weekend work. Please send your CV to mb@4br.uk JOB DUTIES Carrying out basic routine maintenance tasks including carpentry, decorating, plumbing repairs; basic electrical tasks; lamp changes and emergency light testing​, roofing repairs and inspections; basic gardening duties; reporting issues. Completing planned preventative maintenance as well as responding to reactive maintenance and following instructions from management. Job Requirements Proven experience as a multi-skilled handyman or minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar handyman / maintenance role Full UK Driving Licence (essential) Excellent communication Understanding of health and safety procedures would be essential. Ability to work independently and efficiently Well organized and apt in problem-solving Attention to detail Reliable & Flexible Eligible to work in the UK Job Location The Mobile Multi Skilled Handyman Job will be mobile around High Wycombe and Elephant and Castle.
