This role plays a crucial part in driving new revenue and managing complex contract negotiations within the mid-market construction sector. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with sales and technical teams, ensuring that innovative software solutions are offered to meet customers' specific needs. You will navigate the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing, making a significant impact on the company's success and revenue expansion.
Accountabilities
Strategically position the value of software and mold the sales process for mid-market construction businessesOwn large, complex contract negotiations with executive-level potential customers to define pricing & termsManage a pipeline of leads to qualify, engage, and develop relationships with potential customersAssess & manage prospects' complex business needs to determine a strategic fitDrive engaging & innovative virtual demonstrations and presentationsDevelop and execute sales plans in collaboration with cross-functional partnersAdvance the company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the futureDocument and distribute competitive information to benefit the teamIncrease knowledge of key competitors to communicate value proposition effectivelyMaintain accurate forecasts; provide sales management with reports & projectionsAdditional duties, as assigned Requirements
3-5+ years experience working & negotiating with executive-level contacts in a full sales cycle, preferably B2B1-2+ years of SaaS selling experience, with strong consultative selling skillsFluency in English and French with strong communication abilities in bothProven track record in managing sales in a quota-carrying roleStrong negotiation skills for commercial and executive-level negotiationsAbility to develop & implement complex sales strategiesExcellent presentation skills to communicate effectively across accountsAbility to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projectsTechnology-savvy with a desire to sell virtuallyExperience in demoing software in the construction industry a plusSelf-motivated and highly organized, with strong time management skills Benefits
