Mid Level - Full Stack Front End Developer (Remote - US)

In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance, scalable front-end solutions for complex mobility and fleet management systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to deliver robust SaaS and API solutions that improve operational efficiency for large clients. The role involves hands-on coding, testing, and troubleshooting, while also supporting automation, continuous integration, and production monitoring. You will have the opportunity to work with modern front-end frameworks, cloud-native architectures, and advanced technologies, while contributing to a collaborative, innovative, and fast-paced development environment.

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance front-end code and libraries.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to co-develop system designs and align engineering efforts.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks, including unit, integration, end-to-end, and performance tests.
• Identify bottlenecks, address technical debt, and implement incremental improvements for scalability and stability.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor peers, and adopt engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure long-term system reliability.
• Maintain thorough documentation, including design documents, run books, and readiness plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in software engineering, particularly in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular and languages like Java, Go, C#, or JSP.
• Solid understanding of APIs, encryption schemes, and modern software development practices.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and micro front-end architectures is a plus.
• Familiarity with database querying languages such as SQL or MongoDB.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
