What will you be doing?

At Decentralized Masters, we’ve built one of the most successful crypto education programs in the world, empowering over 4,000 investors to transform their financial futures. Now, we’re expanding our impact by launching our first-ever Stock Market Education Program, and we’re looking for a passionate Stock Mentor to help us build it from the ground up.

This is not a pre-defined “course.” It’s an interactive, results-driven learning experience designed to help our members gain mastery in stock market investing. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the structure, content, and delivery of this new program—drawing from your real-world experience and teaching expertise to help thousands of aspiring investors succeed.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Education, CPO, Product Manager, and other mentors to co-create and deliver a world-class program from concept to execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Co-developing the structure, learning path, and content for our new Stock Market Education Program
• Leading 10 or more live sessions per week covering stock market concepts from beginner to advanced (technical analysis, fundamental analysis, trading psychology, portfolio building, etc.)
• Taking responsibility for and tracking the success of approximately 400 students per 6-month cycle
• Simplifying complex financial concepts and teaching them in an engaging, relatable way
• Conducting research reports and case studies on companies, market sectors, and investment strategies
• Writing two short articles per week on stock market tools, investing strategies, or market updates
• Creating video content and Loom recordings explaining trading principles and real-time insights

Performing technical and fundamental analysis to evaluate stocks and identify potential opportunities

Requirements

What Will You Bring?

• Must be able to work EST time zone
• Proven experience teaching or mentoring in stock market investing or trading (online or in-person)
• Hands-on experience investing or trading in the stock market (2–3 years minimum)
• Strong understanding of fundamental and technical analysis
• Experience in building or structuring educational content/programs is a major plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High emotional intelligence and genuine passion for helping others succeed
• Excellent written and verbal English skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
• A proactive, creative mindset with a drive to build, not just teach
• Open-mindedness, adaptability, and eagerness to grow within a high-performance culture
