Anytime Fitness is a thriving gym right in the heart of Hayling Island — and we’re looking for a Membership Sales Advisor / Fitness Trainer to be part of this lovely teamThis isn’t just another sales role — it’s your chance to help shape the community, build our member base, and be a central figure in one of the most exciting health club launches in the UK. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Drive local excitement and awareness Convert leads into memberships through face-to-face, phone, and digital channels Deliver consultations, virtual tours, and opening-day briefings Organise outreach events and attend local networking opportunities Build a buzz using social media and local partnerships Maintain a lead management system for timely follow-ups and accurate reporting 🎯 Sales & Customer Engagement Hit and exceed monthly membership targets Provide a friendly, consultative approach to helping people join the club Ensure new members feel welcomed, supported, and excited about their journey 🏢 Club Operations Assist with reception duties, cleanliness, and club open/close routines Support with admin tasks and member queries Represent the brand with professionalism inside and outside the club ✅ What We’re Looking For Experience in sales, fitness, or customer-facing roles Proven ability to generate and convert leads (especially during pre-sales!)
