Who we are Odyssey is an AI lab pioneering general-purpose world models—a new form of audio-visual intelligence. These models will power the next generation of gaming, simulation, education, healthcare, companionship, support, and training, and unlock entirely new consumer, enterprise, and intelligence applications. What we're looking for We’re looking for a Product Engineer who thrives at the intersection of research, design, and product. You’ll help transform Odyssey’s model capabilities into user-facing tools and experiences, working closely with research and product teams to ship fast, reliable, and beautiful systems. You’re comfortable moving between rapid prototyping and production-grade engineering, and you care deeply about the quality of user experience. Who you are Ship interactive world model features that turn model behavior into responsive, real-time user experiences. Prototype new interaction modes and creative workflows that showcase what’s uniquely possible with interactive world models. Build and own the API layer that exposes Odyssey’s world models to internal products, creators, and partners. Work closely with research engineers to understand model behavior and convert it into amazing products. Build polished front-end interfaces (React or similar) that make complex capabilities feel simple and intuitive. Collaborate with design and product to define the user journey—from the first API call to the highest-fidelity creative control. Move fast and iterate; prototypes become products, and those products become the foundation for Odyssey’s ecosystem. What you’ll do A product-minded engineer with 5+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality software. Strong experience designing and implementing modern APIs; fluent in Python on the backend and React on the frontend. Familiar with ML concepts or model integration workflows. Strong judgment around user experience, interaction design, and system clarity. Comfortable in a fast-moving, research-driven environment where capabilities and products evolve rapidly. Excited to help define how people create, play, communicate, and interact through interactive world models.
