Meeting Leader

Join our team and become a Meeting Leader ! Cultural Care Au Pair is looking for new Meeting Leaders to start as soon as possible. The position is remote, but a location in or near major cities is preferred. There are many benefits to working for Cultural Care Au Pair. Over the past 30 years we have sent +100 000 Au Pairs to the USA, gaining vast amounts of expertise along the way. As the demand for Au Pairs in the USA grows, we are constantly looking to expand our team of Meeting Leaders throughout France. Over the years our network of Meeting Leaders has become an integral part of our business, and we pride ourselves on the strong relationships we have formed with our Regional Managers. We are looking for passionate people who would like to work with us on a part-time basis (based on a minimum availability of 10 hours per week). The role involves: Holding Online Information meetings for our future au pairs. Interviewing online our future Au Pairs in French and English (good level of English is required). Working in collaboration with the team of Regional Managers to report on the profiles of Au Pair candidate. Helping promote the Au Pair program by participating in student fairs, local events and various trips to promote the program (school/universities visits...) Desired profile: You are a former Au Pair who is passionate about the program. You have at least 10 hours per week to devote to your future missions. You are organized, thorough, and conscientious, with good interpersonal skills. Finally, you are committed to promoting the Au Pair program and helping new Au Pairs travel so that they too can enjoy this wonderful adventure.
