Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution, a two (2) year degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical) or related fields is preferred
Heavy emphasis on your ability and actual experience performing these skills sets along with your leadership and supervisory experience over teams. 

• Proficient with reading blueprints and schematics
• Computer skills including knowledge of spreadsheets, database and word processing software
• Good communications skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to identify problems that arise and implement corrective measures
• Optimize Maintenance Costs – Identify and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Enhance Equipment Reliability – Develop and oversee a predictive maintenance program to prevent unplanned downtime.
• Lead Corrective Maintenance Projects – Plan, coordinate, and supervise assigned projects to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Manage Shutdown Repairs – Strategically plan and execute critical repairs during scheduled shutdowns.
• Oversee Capital Projects – Ensure the successful completion of capital improvement initiatives, from planning to execution.
