Mechanical Engineer –Condition Monitoring

Approve applicantWe are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in managing maintenance and troubleshooting for maintenance leadership roles for CAT AD30 trucks. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the truck's mechanical systems, structure, common failures, operational faults, and both preventive and recommended maintenance practices. A solid understanding of technical specifications and the challenges involved in post-failure diagnosis and repair is essential. This is a hands-on role based on-site in mining operations – we are specifically looking for someone who has worked on the ground at mining sites, not just for a Komatsu dealership or service provider. ****The position is as a consultant in remote Requirements Proven experience in maintenance leadership roles for CAT (Model AD30 ). Deep understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and operational systems Hands-on troubleshooting and fault analysis experience Familiarity with OEM specifications and field-based maintenance practices Previous work in mining site environments – mandatory Strong technical English (reading technical manuals, writing reports, etc.)
