Gravity Industries is redefining human flight. Our Jet Suits are used for everything from extreme sports to tactical military applications. As a Mechanical Engineer you will play a crucial role in the technical team helping develop and advance the technology of the Jet Suit. Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to advance the Jet Suit design. Design parts of the Jet Suit and supporting systems. Design and develop test processes and test equipment as a wider input into V&V activities, ensuring the safety and quality of the Jet Suit system. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise, improving production processes, designing/improving production jigs, tools and processes. Using customer feedback, internal feedback and in-field data to investigate and improve the Jet Suit system. Including investigations into human factors, reliability and durability. Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, or similar. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Background interest in technology and engineering Hands-On: There will be opportunities for you to test fly products and components that you have worked on (on our safe training system).
