Arconic is currently in search of Maintenance Mechanical Craftsperson to join our Kitts Green Team based in Birmingham. Primary Responsibilities To provide a professional engineering & maintenance support through the application of appropriate expertise, knowledge and experience. To focus on the reliability of the plant through planned and reactive (breakdown) activities of yourself and other maintenance personnel. Have a good understanding of fault-finding methodology. Ensure improvements are made with regards to reliability. Participate in RCA’s (Root Cause Analysis) of issues Support, mentor and provide guidance to the apprentice maintenance personnel.
