We have created a new role of Master Production Scheduler for our Aftermarket site in Minworth: If you are comfortable learning new systems and processes and want to use your analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure production is scheduled correctly to achieve on time shipments (right time, right part, right quantity) – then this is the role for you: Key responsibilities Planning: Create production plans, manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) runs, and convert planned orders into production orders. Scheduling: Develop detailed weekly/daily schedules, monitor capacity, and adjust for bottlenecks or delays. Data Management: Maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs), Work Centers, Routings, and Production Versions within SAP. Execution Monitoring: Release, track, and close production orders, ensuring data accuracy and timely completion. Coordination: Liaise with production manager, procurement, and sales to address material shortages or capacity issues. Skills that you have that will set you up for success in this role. Experience in a planning/scheduling role in a manufacturing environment would of course be great, but we’re also open to, Logistics and Supply chain graduates with SAP PP module (BOMs, Routings, MRP, Capacity Planning, Orders), and some kind of work experience.
