Marketing Manager Permanent £45,000–£55,000 + Benefits Location: Reading We are a fast-growing company seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our team and elevate our brand in a competitive market. You’ll be responsible for leading a small but ambitious team, delivering tactical marketing campaigns, and ensuring our brand is consistently represented across all customer touchpoints. Success in this role requires a blend of creativity, commercial acumen, and strong leadership skills. We’re looking for someone who: Has proven experience managing a marketing team (3+ years). Understands distributor-led markets and how to influence end-users. Thrives on execution and delivery, not just strategy. Is confident presenting and advocating for the brand. Is data-driven, resilient, and outcome-focused Experienced in Content creation, writing, Social media, email campaigns. Ideal but not essential - website development and video editing.
