Marketing Internship

This role is part of the Marketing team and this experience will prepare you to work within a dynamic team and to develop practical skills in an excellent working and multinational environment.

As an intern in the Events & Entertainment (E&E) team at BAT Iberia, you will be part of a dynamic and creative environment where brand experiences come to life.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the planning and execution of high-impact events, sponsorships, and activations that connect with consumers in meaningful ways.

The role focuses on supporting the team in the planning and execution of events and sponsorships, driving brand activations within the summer festivals, owned events and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) channels, and ensuring alignment with the rest of the teams to enhance activation impact and deliver a seamless omnichannel strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Support the coordination and execution of events and sponsorship initiatives across Iberia; Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with the Digital team to ensure alignment and improve the impact of omnichannel strategies.
• Assist in budget tracking and cost control for events and activations; Prepare and analyze sales reports and KPIs related to each event or activation.
• Support the coordination, uniforms and supervision of event staff and brand ambassadors.
• Help manage logistics, supplier coordination, and on-site support for events and activationsContribute to post-event analysis and reporting to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

What are we looking for?

• University Degree in Marketing, Business or similar.
• Master’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, MBA or similar would be a plus.
• Previous internships in marketing departments is also valuable.
• Fluent English and Spanish mother tongue.
• High Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical skills, project Management Skills.
• High effective in planning and organization.
• Acknowledged and proven proactivity and ownership, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and influence others.
• Standout colleague and Strong interpersonal skills.
