As we establish and expand our presence in the UK & Ireland, this is a rare opportunity to join the founding team and contribute to shaping the brand’s future in this key market. **Role Overview ** Based in Christchurch, Dorset, we are seeking a proactive, highly organised Marketing & General Assistant, starting March 1st, 2026, in a part-time role (2–3 days per week), with the potential to grow into a full-time position as our UK & Ireland business continues to expand. This role supports the day-to-day operations of NORQAIN UK & Ireland and is ideal for someone eager to build a career in luxury marketing, events, and brand operations. Extensive experience is not required; however, strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and a high level of ownership are essential. In this position, you will assist with marketing activities, events, logistics, and general office administration, working closely with both the UK & Ireland Managing Director and the Marketing Manager. Tasks Event Support & Logistics Assist with planning and coordination of retail and brand-partnership events. Organise logistics, including shipping of event materials and displays. Liaise with retailers, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Media & Press Sample Management Manage the check-in/check-out process for media and influencer watch samples. Coordinate safe packing, dispatch, tracking, and returns. POS & Merchandise Coordination Oversee storage and inventory of POS materials and brand merchandise. Track stock levels in the office and storage unit. Manage packing and shipping of items to retailers, events, and partners. General Office & Administrative Support Arrange travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport) for the UK team. Support day-to-day office operations including supplies, décor, and upkeep. Provide ad hoc administrative support as required. Future Development Opportunities As the UK & Ireland subsidiary grows, this role has the potential to expand into: Acting as the point person for digital marketing campaigns run through retailers. Supporting eCRM management for the UK & Ireland Increased involvement in brand marketing, retail marketing, and campaign execution.
