🚀 Your mission: Propel the brand's image through consistent messaging and strategy.
✅ What you will be doing:
Develop and implement marketing, communications and sales support campaigns and strategies and monitor their success.
Define key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a campaign's level of success.
Manage, in close collaboration with the leadership team, the timely execution of the quarterly corporate and portfolio communication plan across all channels and content formats (media, social, web, press, events, podcasts, webinars, etc.).
Create and write all brand collateral and all internal and external communications and marketing and communication strategies across all channels, including printed, media, social, web, events, inbound marketing, and all types of content and copy, such as white papers, product guides, ads, web content, blogs and newsletters.
Manage the communications with all external Youverse communities (ambassadors, affiliate, partners, developers, clients, users) across all communication channels.
Create internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster employee motivation and great culture.
Analyze specifications, notes, write manuals, user guides and other documents.
Select material for editing, check the grammar and accuracy of the content, organize the original and check proofs before release.
Ensure all-around message consistency: be the aggregating force that keeps marketing and communication consistent across design, content and strategic corporate and product messages.
Continuously study Youverse portfolio in full detail and stay on top of state of the art Authentication and Identity Management technologies, markets and trends.
📝 Your background:
5 years’ hands-on experience working in a marketing and or communications managerial role in an international environment focused on global audiences.
BSc/MSc in Marketing, Languages, Journalism, Communication or related fields.
Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role.
Previous experience in the IT sector, in particular fast-paced exponential growth SaaS start-ups.
Proven success designing and executing marketing and communications strategies and campaigns.
Familiarity working with CRM and inbound marketing software such as HubSpot and Mailchimp.
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress, Webflow).
Hands-on experience preparing and delivering press releases across multiple channels.
Experience with presentation frameworks such as Canva or similar.
Excellent writing and editing skills in English (native or absolute proficiency only).
Vast network of global media contacts.

Strong research capabilities, using multiple sources to produce accurate and relevant insights.
Familiarity with digital media and relevant industry publications.
