About the Role: We are seeking a Manager within our Sales and Marketing function to support the execution of our Private Equity Go-to-Market Strategy. The Private Equity Channel is strategically important for the firm and presents a significant growth opportunity through its diverse and global client base. As a key member of the Private Equity support team and partnering with the firms’ UK Private Equity leader, the Market Activation Manager will be responsible for activating the Private Equity go-to-market strategy and driving sales enablement to achieve growth across the Channel and its key priorities. What your days will look like: Client Focus: Manage the Salesforce pipeline for the Private Equity (PE) Channel, identify priority pursuits, drive performance interventions, and collaborate with Sales & Marketing Pipeline Management. Client Engagement: Lead the PE client feedback programme, oversee client convening and marketing activities, manage budget deployment, and execute campaigns to boost pipeline growth. Content & Insights: Support creation of PE-related external insights and social media content to enhance market presence. Strategy & Planning: Contribute to PE go-to-market strategies at House, Deal, and Portfolio levels; maintain industry knowledge; and propose/execute sales campaigns across the PE community. Priority Client Programme (PCP): Support PCP governance for PE accounts, collaborate with LCPs and Account Managers, activate PCP initiatives, and coordinate the new PE Buyer Programme. Technology & Operations: Utilize Salesforce for collaboration, MI reporting, and dashboards; partner with PE leadership to drive connectivity and operational excellence This role is for you if: Proven background operating at Manager level with strong business acumen and commercial awareness. Skilled in managing senior stakeholder relationships and building influential networks across all levels. Demonstrated success in business development, sales, and client relationship management, ideally within professional services. Strong understanding of Private Equity and sales enablement programs, with ability to implement strategic and tactical initiatives. Expertise in relationship/sales methodologies (e.g., Pursuit) and driving opportunities through to revenue. Excellent communication, influencing skills, and a proactive, self-starter approach with a collaborative team mindset.
