BIscience is expanding, and we’re looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to join our high-energy marketing team under the VP of Marketing. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the MarCom function and set the foundation for how we operate as we scale. We’re seeking a people-person who is proactive, resourceful, quick to execute, and genuinely excited to take ownership and grow within a global, fast-scaling company. What You’ll Do • Lead planning and execution of events, webinars, conferences, and sponsorships • Manage social media calendars, posting, and performance insights • Own nurturing flows, email sequences, and audience segmentation in HubSpot • Support partner/channel marketing with updated materials and communications • Run PR activities: press releases, announcements, media coordination • Manage internal communications: team updates, newsletters, executive messaging • Support corporate announcements & executive thought leadership initiatives • Own and manage the marketing calendar across campaigns, events, and launches • Create marketing assets using Canva • Write and edit copy for emails, social content, events, and internal communications Requirements • 4–6 years of experience in MarCom, events, or channel marketing • English: native or near-native level • Excellent communicator with strong project management skills • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, and AI tools • Background in B2B AdTech • A natural people-person who connects well with others and builds strong relationships • Energetic, proactive, creative, and eager to take ownership and grow • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects Why Join BIscience? • Work at a fast-growing, innovative AdTech and digital intelligence company • High-impact role with visibility, ownership, and real career growth opportunities • Help build and shape a strong MarCom function as the company scales globally
