You connect teams, align manufacturing plans with strategic goals, and drive improvement across the board. Technical? Absolutely. But just as much about people, performance, and progress.

Strategy alignment: You make sure our manufacturing strategy fits with the broader KPC vision — and that refinery budgets and plans are in sync.

Performance first: You monitor results, spark improvement, and translate insights into action. Always focused on safety, reliability and efficiency.

Cross-functional collaboration: From maintenance and operations to inspection and reliability — you bring the dots together and help teams move forward.

Smart investments: You support project assessments, align them with business goals, and guide the technical evaluation of future opportunities.

Continuous improvement: Best practices? You spot them, share them, and help implement them across our refineries and joint ventures.

Bottom line: You make sure we get the most out of every site — today and tomorrow.

This is you

• You have 20+ years’ experience in oil & gas, refining or petrochemicals — across operations, engineering, maintenance or project management

• You know your way around capital investments, performance strategy and technical assessments

• You’re skilled in reliability engineering, downstream analysis tools and leading senior experts

• You’ve managed cross-cultural teams and understand the international energy landscape

• You hold a degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or similar)

• You communicate fluently in English and move confidently between cultures — from Europe to the Middle East and Asia
