Manager, Product Consulting in the United States.

As Manager, Product Consulting, you will lead a global team responsible for helping new customers successfully adopt technology solutions, ensuring efficient onboarding and long-term engagement. You will oversee provisioning, configuration, and early-stage adoption activities while driving operational excellence and process improvements. This role requires balancing hands-on operational management with strategic leadership to deliver high-impact results. You will partner with cross-functional teams to provide consultative guidance, standardize best practices, and scale processes that enhance customer experience. Your leadership will directly influence customer satisfaction, adoption rates, and the overall success of the consulting organization.

Accountabilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end customer onboarding, including environment provisioning, configuration, and adoption support.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality onboarding experiences through standardized processes, templates, and documentation.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Professional Services teams to maintain seamless transitions across the customer lifecycle.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of consultants, fostering accountability, customer empathy, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage operational performance of onboarding ticket queues, including SLA adherence, workload distribution, and process efficiency.
  • Drive automation and tooling improvements to enhance scalability and reduce onboarding cycle time.
  • Establish and track key metrics for onboarding efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or support services within a SaaS environment.
  • 2+ years of experience managing distributed or global teams.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience managing SLA-based or ticket-driven service delivery.
  • Proven ability to improve processes and implement automation or tooling enhancements; AI experience is a plus.
  • Data-oriented, with experience in KPI management and performance tracking.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
