Description

Position: Regional Leader, Strategic Account Management, France

Title: Manager Client Success Management

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Retain and grow DBS Super Tier (revenue greater than $100k) & Tier 1 (revenue between $50k-$99k) accounts in their territory

  • Growth measured by Domains Under Management (DUM), # of DBS Services Contracted for (aka penetration) and Total Value (in terms of revenue) of accounts

  • Provide leadership, develop and manage a small team of 2-4 SAMs that are responsible for 30-40 Super Tier and Tier 1 accounts each & Tier 2 SAMs (account amount may vary)

  • Manage certain top accounts directly

  • Identify, expand and build strategic, trusted relationships with senior-level decision makers within accounts in their territory

  • Be a CSC DBS brand ambassador and SME to help Increase DBS’ profile as the provider of choice within their territory

 

Required skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5-7 years B2B account management/sales experience with Global 2000 companies.  Will accept less experience with Graduate Degree in business, law or IT security/cybersecurity

 

Must be: 

 

  • Tech-savvy,

  • Have advanced Excel and presentation skills,

  • Able to build trusted relationships with senior-level decision-makers,

  • Experienced in working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, results-oriented environment,

  • Good problem-solver

  • Team player

  • Tenacious and intellectually-curious

  • Strong business acumen

  • Able to travel up to 40% (3 days office / week in Paris on the dedicated office days)

  • Experience with Saleforce.com helpful

  • Experience in domain name industry, online brand protection, cybersecurity or online fraud a definite plus
